Resources - Journey In Photos

Trey Ratcliff - Stuck In Customs www.stuckincustoms.com

Great tutorials to teach you HDR techniques, you can buy Lightroom presets while you are there. He also has a great document on organizing your photos in Lightroom. I have enjoyed the Stuck in Custom's Passport membership.

Jim Harmer - Improve Photography (https://improvephotography.com/)

I've purchased his Lightroom Steal for the past two years in a row. The Lightroom Medic tutorial may have saved my sanity! Several key points he makes in this were things I missed along the way. Getting all my images to a single drive to organize, tag, and cull was key. Download the rGPS (Really Good Photo Spots) App on iTunes while you are checking him out. The more we contribute, the better we will all be.

Gary L. Friedman - Friedman Archives (https://www.friedmanarchives.com)

This guy wrote the book on the Sony A7R II camera, literally. The owners manual, like most owner's manuals, is full of useless stuff for me. Gary's guide is actionable and easy to understand. He has guides for other cameras and I highly recommend checking them out if your camera is on the list.

Mark Galer (http://www.markgaler.com/)

Great resource for education on the Sony camera products. My favorite article is comparing Lightroom and Capture One. Great product reviews as well.

Duncan Fawkes (http://www.duncanfawkes.com/blog/using-lightroom-nas)

His write up on backing up Lightroom is second to none. I use Backblaze (sign up by clicking this link) for my offsite storage and Synology for my NAS. He has a lot of great landscape photos, workshops, etc. as well.

The photographer's Emphemeris. (http://photoephemeris.com/)

This thing is a time saver to know where you need to be to get a sunrise or sunset over your favorite landmark.
